About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the launch of Under-the-roof Technology launches for Delivery Stations, Service Partners, and XPTs. They will also maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), START, and standard processes materials updated according to current standards.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze main metrics on a weekly basis to develop improvement projects to maintain and achieve business goals.
- Lead weekly audits to verify accuracy to current processes by Ops Team, including processes established by support areas.
- Support Ops Team on weekly analysis oriented to detect deviation to the standard processes.
- Offer ACES perspective to optimize packages flow and reduce wasting time, improving work flow.
- Completed High School diploma or bachelor's degree in progress.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with learning or continuous improvement responsibilities.
- Basic English Skills (B1+).
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or similar with continuous improvement methodology knowledge.
- Advanced English.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary groups.
- Green belt certification (optional).
- Engage multi-tasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Support project improvement events to achieve business goals with short and long-term results.
- Offer feedback effectively related to Standard Process adherence.
- Deliver training solutions, if necessary, for deploy projects and increase adoption.
- Analyze metrics and identify deviations creating clear improvement plans.
