• Data Entry: Download the most updated information from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to update dashboards and reports.

• Bank Reconciliation: Download the most updated Bank Statements and reconcile them against ERP system balances, and assist in the elaboration of Bank compliance.

• Journal Entries: Post Day to day, Recurring & Month End Closure Journal Entries.

• Financial Reporting: Assist the Senior Accountants in the preparation of Financial Statements.

• Assisting in Audits: Ensure that all posted Journal Entries include a backup and/or worksheet for Audit purposes.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
