Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, ensuring user stories are well documented.
- Work with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).
- Design and implement data models, flows, triggers, and processes to support business needs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to other Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
- Support end users on implementations (user inquiries that require troubleshooting of Salesforce related capabilities).
- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, preferably with certifications in Administrator, Platform Developer I and II.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Expert in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements using capabilities such as Lightning Design System, Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Page Layouts, Triggers, Validation Rules, Workflows, REST / SOAP APIs, and other Salesforce features.
