**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners, and clients to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in marketing
- Experience with marketing agencies
- Strong understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit/loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Proficient with clickup and other organizational tools
