Job Description:
- Work closely with the sales team to negotiate and conclude commercial licensing agreements for various automotive related data products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to support them.
- Review, draft, and negotiate wide variety of agreements including data license agreements, services agreements, advisory contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a legal counsel with commercial, contracts, and general legal experience from a law firm or in-house.
- Must have a law degree from a university.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English.
- Experienced in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating legal documents in English.
- Possess a practical business-oriented mindset to problem-solving.
