Agricam is seeking a highly skilled Labor Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in labor law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation in labor law matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to prevent and resolve labor disputes.
• Conduct research and analysis on labor law and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Law degree (Lic. en Derecho) with title and cedula.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in labor law, preferably in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, including labor contracts, employment relationships, and labor disputes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
