We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Launch Coordinator to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing change management for existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional areas, including Sales, Program Management, Development, and Manufacturing.
- Coordinate activities related to capacity planning and lines flexibility based on latest official volumes prognosis.
- Coordinate new product launches in compliance with quality requirements and Bosch Production System specific requirements.
- Coordinate trial runs to meet project deliverables, including initial samples, customer milestones, and product validation runs.
- Coordinate internal and external audits as part of line and product release.
- Coordinate product cancellation process for inactive or obsolete part numbers.
- Coordinate Engineering Changes and Process Changes to ensure latest product and process version.
- Coordinate cost reduction activities to achieve planned annual savings and target costs.
- Coordinate internal and external workshops and lessons learned to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs during project ramp-up and coordinate measures during stabilization phase.
Requirements:
Assets control and administration, including activation, retirement, and audit. Line retirement plan and execution based on TEK analysis and business strategy.
