Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Educator to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Educator, you will play a crucial role in helping students with no prior experience navigate our 7-month cybersecurity program.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, answering student questions, and helping students overcome challenges. Your role will be to break down complex cybersecurity concepts into simple, understandable explanations, making it easier for students to grasp.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide text-based support to students on Discord, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Validate the answers provided by our AI Learning Assistant bot and correct them if necessary.
• Report feedback on the AI Learning Assistant bot's performance and suggest improvements.
• Occasionally, communicate with the team and report students who require additional support.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity fundamentals, networking, vulnerability assessments, incident response, and penetration testing.
• Familiarity with standard tools like Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, and SIEMs.
• Ability to work in a remote environment and communicate with students and the team effectively.
