About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digitalization Engineer to join our team at Faurecia. As a Digitalization Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with our digitization plans, identifying new project opportunities, and providing timely monitoring of strategic digitization projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with digitization plans and phases
• Identify new project opportunities and calculate cost-benefit and feasibility
• Provide timely monitoring of strategic digitization projects
• Support the digitization leader and work team to solve obstacles and ensure implementation on time
• Support the operation of the MES system and ensure data safety and contingency planning
• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards

Requirements

• Industrial engineer, mechatronics, systems, and programming background
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the industrial sector (preferably in the automotive sector)
• Data management skills in JavaScript, Python, C++ software management
• Good communication skills to drive solutions
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
• Fluency in English
