About the Role

The Logistics Manager will develop and implement the logistics strategy for the cluster, ensuring best practices and operational coherence. The successful candidate will lead a safety-first culture while driving compliance and quality measures across a regulated environment.

Key responsibilities include establishing robust processes and systems with 3PL providers to guarantee consistent and accurate stock management. Additionally, you will engage with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in finished goods within the supply chain swiftly.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement logistics strategy for the cluster
  • Lead safety-first culture and drive compliance and quality measures
  • Establish processes and systems with 3PL providers

  • Provide training and support to warehouse team
  • Spearhead and support projects to refine warehouse functions and reduce inventory
