**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Lead to support the planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the subfunction and coordinate with the objectives of the entire function, requiring basic commercial awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Assess and sign off on program plans, including benefits management, stakeholder management, acceptance, and central program issue logs.

• Ensure program plans meet business needs as described in program initiation documents.

• Identify and include all stakeholders in scope definition activities and ensure they understand the program schedule and key milestones.

• Work with the Program Sponsor to ensure business case cost-benefit analysis aligns with business objectives.

• Ensure all areas of the program are appropriately staffed and monitor program commitment from those assigning resources.

• Escalate program risks to the Program Director or Program Sponsor when necessary.

• Create and manage program risk management plans.

• Collaborate with the procurement team to create, administer, track, and close program contracts.

• Recommend training and development needs for assigned personnel.

• Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions.

• Direct areas supported through responsibility for delivery of end results and shared responsibility for budget management.

• Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.

**Requirements**:

• 6-10 years of experience in project management.

• Negotiation skills with external parties.

• Familiarity with SPID/SPEI certification manuals.

• Required Licensing/Registration: Series 6.

• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency.

• Strong project management skills, including organization, planning, scheduling, program strategy, reporting, proposal writing, and budget planning.

**Education**:

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially a Master's degree.
