About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in process optimization, engineering, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing process improvements that drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop process flow diagrams to standardize assembly processes and improve product continuity
  • Conduct operation time studies to optimize production workflows and reduce costs
  • Implement standardized operation instructions, specifying assembly sequences and equipment parameters
  • Lead Failure Mode Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential causes of defects and implement corrective actions
  • Develop engineering changes through material runs or PER to evaluate and implement process improvements
  • Establish line changes or movements through layout planning and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel
  • Evaluate and approve packing and shipping standards to optimize supply chain performance
  • Manage Business Operations System (BOS) documents applicable to the area

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in process optimization, engineering, or continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis and improvement tools (e.g., PFMEA, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
