TPM Facilitator

At Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced TPM Facilitator & Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Site Leadership team to drive operational excellence and achieve zero defects, zero breakdowns, and zero minor stoppages.
• Work with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to drive improvements and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement lean daily management practices at Tier-2 & Tier-1 levels.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on TPM tools and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external agencies such as consultants and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and TPM.
• Strong knowledge of TPM methodologies, including Jishu-Hozen, Planned Maintenance, Kobetsu-Kaizen, and Quality Maintenance.
• Experience with Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean principles.
