About the Job:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a resort setting, interacting with guests to create a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the pool deck to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Participate in recreational activities and initiatives to promote a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support guests with injuries or disabilities until medical assistance arrives.
  • Contribute to a clean and organized environment by following established procedures for towel management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that guests receive a positive experience.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
