Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing support to the HR department and business. The Specialist will collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administering HR programs, including compensation/benefits, talent acquisition, orientation & onboarding, training and performance management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and questions.
  • Maintain records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare reports as needed.
  • Keep up to date with employment laws/regulations, including necessary legal postings, to ensure compliance.
  • Support across HR operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent related experience.
  • Prior experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Travel required: < 10%
  • Preferred: bilingual in Spanish and English.
