Job Summary:

The Sales Team Lead is responsible for providing guidance and direction to the sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer needs, as well as the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 12-16 sales professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to identify business opportunities and implement effective solutions
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and make recommendations for compensation and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a culture of integrity and ethics within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, and leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, and other incentives based on individual and team performance.
