- Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills to tackle complex engineering challenges.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, including steel, concrete, and timber, to ensure informed design decisions.
- Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level) to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
