- Marketing and Presentations: Participate in marketing efforts and may lead presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our firm's expertise and capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure their success.
- A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
- At least 12 years of experience in project leadership and management.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, with Revit being a strong preference.
- Experience directing and coordinating work efforts of junior staff.
- Advanced experience in all phases and aspects of a project, including reviewing construction documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes, specifications, building, and engineering systems.
- Understanding of project management processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
- LEED AP certification or within 6 months of hire.
