At Hsbc, we are seeking a highly skilled Fiduciary Advisor to join our Trust Operations Team.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000-$120,000, depending on location and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

We require a comprehensive review of the trust file and client instructions to capture information in the trust system, including static data of parties, business data, purposes, investment policies, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and/or update information in the trust system to ensure data consistency.
  • Review physical and digital files to identify acts that modify parties, assets, or trust status.

Leadership and Teamwork:

Working directly with the customer service team is crucial to ensure timely updates in systems. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. A precise and methodical approach to work, including time management and organization, is also required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a law degree and a solid understanding of the Trust business, particularly regarding the execution of letters of instruction and legal acts such as modifying agreements, assignments of rights, transfers of property, terminations, settlements, etc.
