Job Title: Security Specialist Intermediate

At Nuvit Service, we are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist Intermediate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work closely with our team to help homologate the tool and process to measure hardening compliance across SanUS entities. This role will involve assessing hardening compliance gaps, evaluating and rating assets, and prioritizing remediation of gaps discovered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess hardening compliance gaps identified by hardening compliance scans
  • Evaluate, rate, and perform risk assessments on assets
  • Prioritize remediation of gaps discovered along with remediation timeline(s)
  • Work with associated teams to explain gaps and remediation steps as required
  • Create reports and provide analysis on gaps for technical teams and leadership
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of vulnerability management/hardening compliance experience
  • Hands-on experience configuring a hardening compliance measurement tool
  • 3-5 years of information technology experience
  • Strong understanding of vulnerability scanning and reporting
  • Experience extracting and processing reports
  • Previous experience engaging remediation teams
  • Bilingual in both English/Spanish (strong written & verbal skills)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Systems Admin hardening Windows/Linux systems
  • Qualys experience
