Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Terex Corporation. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting Global CapEx projects, analyzing business processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Global CapEx projects by tracking monthly progress, analyzing variances to plan, and preparing presentations.
  • Assist the Global commercial team with regional backlog orders reporting and analysis.
  • Provide the Commercial team with monthly gross profit and gross margin insights at product level.
  • Support the Global Parts & Services business with monthly rebates and discounts reports.
  • Collaborate with multiple business partners and finance partners on ad-hoc projects and analysis.
  • Analyze Business Processes: Understand and document current business processes and workflows.
  • Identify Opportunities: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Project Management: Support projects to implement new processes and systems.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Technical Skills: 3+ years' experience working with Excel and relevant financial systems: IBM Analytics, Cognos, Hyperion, OneStream, Workday, Oracle. Ability to create dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automation Tools: Experience working with automation tools (VBA Macros, Python, Power Queries).
  • Data Sets: Experienced working with large and complex data sets.
  • Industry Experience: Previous manufacturing experience.
