We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our team at Blue Yonder. As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with our project team to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation and integration of technical and functional system requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality services for product implementation and related integration.
- Collaborate with our consulting team on product implementation, enhancement, managed services, integration, and custom projects.
- Analyze data and evaluate identifiable factors to inform decision-making.
- Exercise judgment on methods and techniques for obtaining solutions within established practices and policies.
- Coordinate project tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Design and develop platform workflow/user interface, integration scripts, ETL mapping, data modeling, and data loading.
- Provide internal training, implementation support, and work on internal development projects.
- 3+ years of experience as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers.
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred.
- Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP.
- Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, and awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain.
- Relevant industry certification from APICS will be a plus.
- Current or prior experience working in Management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center of Excellence settings preferred.
- Travel readiness based on business needs.
