Job Description

This role involves joining the asset management team responsible for a strong portfolio of hotels across Mexico and Costa Rica.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Enhance hotel performance through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  2. Conduct regular property reviews and engage with owners to ensure optimal results.
  3. Develop and present reports, presentations, and memoranda highlighting hotel performance.
  4. Optimize hotel performance by analyzing market trends and implementing revenue-generating strategies.
  5. Analyze annual business plans and budgets, focusing on capital expenditures.
  6. Stay updated on market factors impacting hotel portfolios and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and franchise requirements.
  8. Collaborate with colleagues to establish best practices in asset management.

Requirements

We seek experienced professionals with a background in hotel management, real estate, or private equity firms. Asset management experience is advantageous. A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field is mandatory. Strong analytical, management, and numerical skills are essential. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required, as is the ability to travel.
