Job Title: NPI Lead

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled NPI Lead to lead key activities on the materials management department to ensure successful new project and assembly line transfer implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead data integrity and alignment within MRP for new projects and assembly line transfers.
  2. Build schedules, BOM accuracy, and supplier-part relationship for new programs.
  3. Primary contact for Program Managers, Sourcing, and Design teams.
  4. Control components for initial builds prior to production start.
  5. Provide analysis on build rate increases or decreases.
  6. Coordinate changes in build plans with Materials and other departments.
  7. Coordinate with suppliers as an escalation point for Buyers and Materials Analysts.
  8. Distribute forecasts and schedules to suppliers for new business integrations.
  9. Answer questions for internal parties on business volume.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Coordinate with Program Managers on key activities related to Materials department prior to production start.
  2. Coordinate with Design and Manufacturing engineers for efficient project implementation.
  3. Coordinate with Sourcing team to set up suppliers for new business.
  4. Strong analytical and statistics experience.
  5. Demonstrated knowledge of MRP structure and functionality.
  6. Proven inventory distribution and product flow knowledge.
  7. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
