About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join ZF Group as a Global Process Owner Quality Planning, where you will play a key role in driving process standardization, digitalization, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality planning processes and templates.
  • Provide day-to-day support to project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and resolve issues and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain interfaces and data objects for quality planning processes.
  • Lead project and portfolio management for quality planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality processes and tools in the automotive or industrial business, including APQP, PPAP, and inspection planning.
  • Strong functional SAP experience, including interdependencies between processes and related SAP modules.
  • Experience in large IT programs and projects, with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, including key-users and project members from different countries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving results.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
