Main Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and execute growth initiatives to drive market share and distribution growth.
  • Develop and implement a standard process for Key Account Planning across Business Units, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze sales effectiveness data to support business decisions, key metrics, and sales process improvement.
  • Collaborate to develop the 3-Year Commercial Plan, using data analysis for management decision-making.
  • Own CRM, supporting funnel management, business consulting on data quality, reports, dashboards, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Improve the Go-to-Market approach and sales force effectiveness by adapting sales strategies and business models as needed.
  • Ensure regular availability of sales reports and tie them back to commercial targets, delivering KPIs that enable management decision-making.
  • Analyze pricing data to track opportunities, deviations, and price leakage, defining a standard process for pricing changes and financial impact.
  • Support marketing activities, trade shows, customer events, and salesforce training.
  • Maintain an overview of customer-relevant reports (Sales & Customer Service).
  • Identify, define, and implement reports, dashboards, and KPIs in alignment with business stakeholders.
  • Set up data governance structures and rules, continuously monitoring reports, dashboards, and KPIs, running benchmarks.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and budgets by growing and developing existing key accounts and finding new opportunities.
Key Account Activities
  • Analyze market situations and identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Promote the brand and increase its visibility and reputation among key accounts and potential customers.
  • Lead and coordinate teams of sales representatives and other staff involved in key account management.
Requirements
  • Relevant education: Engineering in Chemistry, Industrial, or B.S in Marketing (preferred Master in Marketing, Business Intelligence).
  • Extensive 5-7 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market Intelligence.
  • Preferable industry experience in Coatings, Inks, Adhesives, or plastics.
  • SAP business processes, key-user, Sales Forecast.
  • Strong project management capabilities (agile methodology).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience in Commercial Excellence.
  • Fluent in English language (required).
