Senior Business Development Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to increase our share of the market in the mining tire segment.
About the Role
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth in the mining tire sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their specific requirements and provide technical assistance and general relationship management
- Capture customer information and documentation of visits made (agreements, minutes)
- Perform local market analysis and analysis of the competition, looking for business opportunities and growth of current clients
- Negotiate with distributors, prospects, and internal administrative areas to achieve commercial agreements
- Create and develop marketing plans to increase sales and promote Continental tires in the mining industry
- Travel to various locations within Mexico to meet with customers and attend industry events
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve total sales volume and Tier volume, CMC level according to business plan and additional KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development in the mining tire sector
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English is required
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $600,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
