About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at SAP Fioneer. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT solutions that address specific business needs for financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will align and build strong relationships with key stakeholders from product support, engineering, and service delivery, as well as across different divisions of SAP Fioneer.
  • You will work closely with customers in issue and problem resolution, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • You will provide customer guidance and training, ensuring consistently high-quality customer experience.
  • You will ensure customer satisfaction and support service continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • You should have strong problem-solving and critical situation handling skills.
  • Experience in the financial services environment, ideally with SAP solutions, is a plus.
  • You should have expert knowledge in application or technical components.
  • You should have good communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in support organizations and ticket management is essential.
  • You should have experience with customer and stakeholder management.
