Identify Organization-wide Need of Six Sigma ExpertsTraining and Development
  1. Collaborate with Master Black Belts and Develop/Modify Training Materials
  2. Educate and Direct the Education of Eaton Problem Solving/Six Sigma Professionals
  3. Support Development of ECIS-Self Assessment Criteria for Six Sigma and Problem-Solving Kaizen Tool Categories
  4. Directly Support Educational Activities and Initiatives of ECIS
  5. Create, Develop, and Deploy Problem Solving/Six Sigma Learning/Training Across the Organization

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or similar discipline

• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading manufacturing operations and/or Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma program and related disciplines on a global scale.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing process and problem-solving/six sigma experience in multiple different manufacturing environments.

• Certified and Active Six Sigma Belt as a must (by SBTI or a similar recognized organization)

• Demonstrated track record of success in areas of Lean and Six Sigma, with an emphasis on Problem Solving.

• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor others in the Problem Solving methodology.

• Excellent instructor and influence skills to enable visible and collaborative leadership.

• Ability to lead effectively and drive alignment across a complex global matrixed environment.

• Flexibility and resilience, poise under pressure, adapting plans to changing circumstances.

Preferred:

• Masters' degree preferred

• Six Sigma Master Black Belt – Desired
