We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Visualization Lead to join our team at Lingaro. As a key member of our data visualization team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex data visualization solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of data visualization solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable data visualization solutions.
- Design and implement data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI, ensuring they are optimized for performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in Power BI, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Participate in the entire solution implementation process, from pre-sales activities to design, development, and deployment.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query M language.
- Knowledge of SSAS, Azure Analysis Services, and Power BI Premium Gen 2.
- Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
- English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure platform (Data Factory, Data Lake, Analysis Services, Tabular Models).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
