We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Specialist to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our product portfolio, improving the user experience for customers, and creating detailed weekly reports on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and merchandising plans to improve product page data and customer experience onsite.
- Manage vendor relationships to grow the selection of products to sell on Amazon, onboard new vendors, and resolve pricing issues.
- Track purchase orders, investigate late deliveries, resolve order rejections, and work with vendors on PO automation.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, or HTML.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
