About the Role
As a Strategic Business Development Expert at BTS, you will work closely with senior-level executives to develop and implement customized solutions that address key business challenges.
You will be responsible for conducting thorough analyses of client businesses, identifying areas for improvement, and designing targeted interventions to drive growth and profitability.
Your expertise will also be sought after in developing and implementing powerful experience-based learning solutions that foster leadership development and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analyses of client businesses to identify key drivers of profitability and growth
- Develop and implement customized solutions to address client needs and objectives
- Design and deliver impactful learning experiences that drive behavior change and business results
- Foster strong relationships with senior-level executives to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, consulting, or a related field
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and business operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
