**About the Role**
Molex is seeking a skilled Lead Cost Manager to drive financial excellence in our Guadalajara plant.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a robust cost structure to optimize plant performance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Finance leaders to drive process improvements and cost savings.
- Analyze plant finance operations to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide quotations for new products and engage with BU Finance leads to support customers.
- Share knowledge with global manufacturing plants to drive best practices.
**Requirements**
- Fluent English (business conversational).
- SAP, Infor, or other large ERP integrated system experience.
- Advanced knowledge in reporting and analysis tools (excel, databases, macros-automation).
- Experience with business analysis and data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI or Tableau).
- Experience with one of more of the following: benchmarking, KPI tracking, variance analysis, capital projects, forecasting, planning, NPV, IRR, marginal analysis, and other metrics.
- Process Improvement / Process Transformation / Process Implementation experience.
**What Sets You Apart**
- 5 years manufacturing industry experience; and/or global company experience.
- 3 years relevant experience leading a financial cost structure in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting/Product Costing principles.
- Ability to travel domestic/international, including overnight stays (up to 10% of the time).
