">In this role, you will perform supply chain and logistics functions, which may include material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
">Your Main Responsibilities
">Create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. Focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.
">Promote alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.
">Your Key Activities
">- Be responsible for process awarding of new components, including RFQ and negotiation for the parts under your responsibility.
">- Ensure supplier selection for new components/products is according to BT/PUR supplier strategy.
">- Communicate status of components and activities under responsibility with Purchasing Representative to project manager.
">- Will be responsible for initial tool order and manage the completion of contracts of loans and new components released (PPA approval) for series procurement.
">- Responsible for coronation of Quality requirements that are defined by Engineering and Quality, requiring coordination of Risk classification, TSD (Technical Supplier Discussion), and PPA planning with suppliers.
">- Assist in the coordination of ensuring all parts are available and procured for sample builds.
">- Assist/manage in project activities supporting plant to plant production transfers.
">- Support KPI reporting with a project as assigned.
">Required Qualifications
">- University degree in engineering, industrial management or project management.
">- Technical background or project management experience 3 to 5 years (preferable).
">- Fluent in English.
">- Good communication skill with open and fluid communication.
">- Empathic person, easy personal relationship creator.
">- Good negotiation skill and ability to influence others.
">- Positive mindset and looking for challenges.
">- Organized and methodic.
">- Microsoft tool - Excel, power point, outlook, word, power BI,
