Senior Sensory Researcher

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sensory Researcher to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive Company. As a key member of our Consumer & Market Insights team, you will be responsible for implementing the Sensory / Consumer Research program in assigned global projects and supporting assigned tasks across multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement research studies to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences
• Assist in the interpretation and communication of research results to stakeholders
• Manage the logistics of research studies, including coordinating with external suppliers and facilities
• Develop and maintain databases of consumer and sensory panelists

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sensory Science, Psychology, Statistics, Food Engineering/Science, or Marketing
• 3-4 years of experience in sensory research or a related field
• Strong understanding of sensory testing fundamentals and experience with data analysis software
• Excellent communication and project management skills
