Key Responsibilities
- Initiate the workflow through Contract Assessment to ensure all resources are validated before data entry.
- Review and confirm the details within a Purchase Order and its corresponding quotation.
- Input the Sales Order into SAP based on its classification: Make to Order (MTO), Engineer to Order (ETO), Intercompany, Project, or Advanced Procurement Planning (APP).
- Create and update part numbers for EBUS or EBMX utilizing the MD Ticket system.
- Launch a Project in the PS Module for newly created part numbers in EBUS and EBMX.
- Gather insights from Sales and Customer Service Representatives to clarify and resolve order discrepancies.
- Attach relevant documentation associated with the Order in SAP and finalize the Contract Assessment.
- Conduct audits on EBMX Sales Orders.
- Document and manage Stock Transfer Order requests.
- Record warranty and authorized goodwill orders for EBMX.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Technical diploma in economic-administrative fields.
- Experience with SAP is essential.
- Proficient in English at an intermediate to advanced level, with regular communication with US counterparts.
- Advanced skills in Excel are preferred.
