**Job Summary**:
Carrier seeks a skilled Procurement Specialist to support Procurement activities, including Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiation preparations, and cost analysis.
**Responsibilities:**
- Analyze economic, technical, and market trends for products and services.
- Identify potential savings and opportunities.
- Negotiate for better pricing and terms.
- Carry out processes and standards in support of Procurement.
- Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Prepare purchase orders and payment approvals.
- Assemble price proposals, financial reports, and other data.
- Support the preparation of RFPs and bid packages.
- Compile records of items purchased, costs, deliveries, and product performance.
**Requirements:**
- University Degree or equivalent.
- Conversational English.
- 3 years prior relevant experience.
