Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and plan project implementation from initiation to closure using agile frameworks
  • Build strong customer and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Create robust project plans and drive engagement towards completion
  • Monitor and track action items through to closure
  • Record and manage all decisions, risks, or issues
  • Coordinate project resources to drive performance and career paths
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements
  • Act as a key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues
  • Drive formal acceptance of the project and contract close-out
  • Guide and coach the team and stakeholders on agile practices
  • Provide guidance on maintaining backlog and sprint planning
  • Facilitate preparation and readiness for Program Iteration planning

Requirements

  • Minimum years of Agile Project Management experience
  • Direct experience leading all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Technical acumen on software/product development technologies
  • Experience working on agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban)
  • Previous experience as an agile coach is a plus
  • Familiarity with backend, frontend, DevOps, and Cloud technologies
  • Experience running multiple projects simultaneously with cross-team dependencies
  • Experience working with senior-level customer collaborators
  • Able to take a consultative approach to ensure scope and project boundaries are maintained
  • Problem solver who seeks the best solutions for customers
  • Able to work creatively to solve different problems for multiple teams
  • Proactive and independent approach to assigned tasks and discovered issues
  • Understanding of design thinking, DevSecOps, and CICD pipelines is a plus
  • Experience with Azure DevOps
  • English language proficiency
