Candidate Profile

An ideal Chief Risk Officer should possess:

  • A degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and standards applicable in Mexico.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical or risk-related role within an investment fund, pension fund, bank, or financial institution.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
Employment Offer
  • Competitive base salary up to $160,000 MXN gross, depending on experience.
