Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing and category management projects, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and category management projects, developing and implementing effective procurement strategies
  • Identify and develop process improvement ideas to drive improved efficiencies and cost savings
  • Meet and exceed all service level requirements, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
  • Interact with senior-level clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added services
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Participate in firm growth strategy and execution activities, contributing to the development of new services and solutions
  • Travel to client sites as required, providing on-site support and expertise

Requirements

  • 6+ years of consulting procurement experience in top consulting firms, with a strong background in procurement outsourcing
  • Solid procurement knowledge, with expertise in strategic sourcing and category management
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to convert complex data into concise descriptions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with Portuguese a plus
  • Ability to lead and manage meetings, with strong presentation skills
  • Experience in leading small to medium-sized projects and assignments
  • BA/BS degree required, with exposure to business development a plus
  • Active American visa required
