Key Responsibilities- Collect and assess applicable EHS laws and regulations to identify gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with departments to implement EHS programs, procedures, and monitoring to ensure compliance.
- Maintain EHS Management Systems, including ISO14001 and ISO45001, to ensure full compliance with system requirements.
- Develop and implement critical safety and health programs to achieve zero injuries and foster a safety culture.
- Support environmental programs to ensure full compliance, including chemical management, exhaust air treatment, and wastewater treatment.
- Conduct routine Gemba walks, safety training, and other activities to improve safety awareness.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS professional with a Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in EHS in a multi-national company, with a strong understanding of government regulations and a proven track record of preventing EHS accidents.
