Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain our branding and visual elements across all web properties.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design departments to create and optimize online experiences for visitors.
  • Assist the UI/UX team in creating highly engaging and eye-catching elements that educate and inspire customers.
  • Design graphics for web and print environments, ensuring intuitive and accessible design practices.
  • Take initiative to research and implement projects with minimal direction.
  • Support cross-functional teams in developing campaign assets and providing design support as needed.
  • Manage direct reports and provide guidance on design strategy and execution.
  • Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions.

Requirements

  • BA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and production.
  • 2+ years of corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral.
