Job Title: Transformation Supplier Transaction Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Supplier Transaction Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our supplier master data.

About the Role:

The Transformation Supplier Transaction Analyst will be responsible for resolving issues within supplier master data that are preventing execution of transaction activity. This role requires a keen analytical mind, a passion for efficiency, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop methods to monitor volumes, turn-around-time, and workload across the team, making recommendations for process improvements and workload reassignments.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures, train new team members, and provide refresher training as needed.
  • Work with urgency and accuracy to address transactional issues caused by master data in a timely manner, minimizing negative impact.
  • Use critical thinking, research of existing data and transactional activity, and analysis of change impacts to decide the best actions to take to meet business needs.
  • Understand and adhere to data quality standards to drive decision making and prevent dirty data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts Payable, Procurement, and business units, to understand and meet business needs.
  • Support enforcement of policies and procedures to protect sensitive and personal data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and best practices for data handling and usage.
  • Identify issues, trends, and risks, and collaborate on ways to minimize future occurrences.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience designing, implementing, integrating, and sustaining effective business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
  • Strong documentation skills and use of MS Word.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data and analytics.
  • Previous experience with master data and requisition to pay processes.
  • Familiarity with process automation and technology-driven improvements.
