Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement supply chain enhancements, including process improvements and technology implementations.
  • Manage and coordinate projects to optimize procurement, storage, and distribution processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and develop strategies to enhance the supply chain, improving quality and reducing costs.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Analyze key data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities reorganization and leading projects related to facilities reorganization.
  • Experience in projects involving the transformation of metal, plastic, and assemblies.
  • Certified Project Manager (PMP) or equivalent certification.
  • High proficiency in English.
