Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Precision Agriculture Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our precision agriculture solutions to customers and dealers, and for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with Territory Managers to develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Precision Ag organization and branch teams to provide feedback on farming systems, trends, and market positioning to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop and deliver training and support to dealers and customers on precision agriculture solutions and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and dealers on precision agriculture solutions and equipment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Marketing experience and a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of precision agriculture solutions and equipment.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional support for customer and dealer events.
- University degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline, Engineering/Technology, Business/Management discipline, or equivalent experience.
