Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Microsoft systems, including Windows 7, 8, and 10.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve incidents and implement projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for system upgrades and installations.
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft systems in IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Microsoft desktop operating systems, PC hardware architecture, and typical desktop applications.
- Hands-on experience in SCCM environment and OS deployment, patching, updates, and application deployment.
- A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other network fundamentals.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Patch management, DHCP, and DNS.
- Proven Customer Service skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in scripting languages like PowerShell.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Ability to identify and instill industry best practices.
