TikTok's Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is at the forefront of driving revenue growth through innovative advertising solutions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and secure business opportunities that align with TikTok's strategic goals.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and agencies to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Solutions: Offer tailored media solutions to clients, leveraging internal and external data to create compelling sales propositions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Marketing and Advertising Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, or online advertising.
  • Industry Knowledge: Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Performance Track Record: Proven performance in winning key stakeholders' support and consistently reaching/exceeding sales goals.
