We are seeking a skilled Lean Transformation Consultant to join our team at Molex. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence and sustainable value stream transformation.
About the RoleThis position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals with expertise in Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to take on leadership roles within various business units. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing focused guidance and coaching to process owners to optimize value streams, align with company vision and strategy, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:- Work closely with Site Operational Excellence Leader and Manufacturing Manager to sustain Molex Operations System culture
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for key initiatives
- Develop and mentor BU leaders to facilitate Kaizen Events and improve overall efficiency
- Implement and track project performance in I-Nexus database to ensure timely completion and quality goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability and cost-effectiveness initiatives
To succeed as a Lean Transformation Consultant, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- At least 1 year supporting and leading projects related to Lean & Six Sigma, demonstrating results based on methodologies
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred
- Demonstrated high-level performance in current or previous position (High potential if current employee)
- Basic statistical knowledge and ability to apply statistics to process and product improvement projects
In addition to your technical skills, we look for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can effectively engage stakeholders and build collaborative relationships. Experience as a Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean Champion would be highly advantageous.
