GSK seeks a highly skilled Strategic Sales Excellence Leader to join our team in Mexico - Federal District. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Development, with experience in the Commercial area of High Specialty.

About the Role:

As a Strategic Sales Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing strategic plans aligned with Business Unit priorities. Your key objectives will include developing and strengthening key capabilities in sales teams, driving business performance, and monitoring progress through KPIs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Define and align strategic capabilities to ensure competitiveness in the High Specialty market.
- Execute strategic and operational plans aligned with Business Unit priorities.
- Develop high-impact development solutions to maximize business performance and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and adjust KPIs to optimize results.
- Spend 50% of work time in the field, working closely with sales leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with franchise leaders to understand their challenges and develop joint solutions.
- Lead learning and development programs, adapting global and regional training solutions to local needs.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Human/Organizational Development, Management, or Business.
- 2 years of experience in Training/Development and/or Commercial area in High Specialty.
- Advanced English.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize proposals.
- Presentation and facilitation skills (face-to-face and virtual).
