Housekeeping Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeper to join our team at The St. Regis Kanai Resort Riviera Maya. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional service.
• Restock supplies and transport carts to assigned areas.
• Enter guest rooms following established procedures to ensure guest privacy and safety.
• Replace guest amenities and supplies, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and dirty linens.
• Check appliances, straighten desk items, and perform floor care duties.
• Follow all company and safety policies, report maintenance issues, and complete safety training.

**Requirements**

• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight.
